My interest in growth ranges from traditional therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT) to neuroscience (Polyvagal, EMDR), to holistic frameworks originating in yoga and martial arts. Combining these creates a potent therapeutic environment that works where other therapies fall short; our sessions are designed to fit you, not for you to fit one type of therapy.
To me, mental health is an ever-shifting composition of many factors. Simply put? It's complicated. However, the deeper I explore both mine and others', the more I see how therapy puts language to what can feel indescribable. I truly believe in the value of the conversations we have in session- when we work well, you see something new.
